UFantasy ReShade Presets
Umami Fantasy is inspired by high fantasy media and real-world environments to deliver a breath of fresh air to the world of Eorzea.
UFantasy is a preset that seeks to replicate high fantasy visuals with bright, warm and saturated colours while maintaining
subtlety for a more realistic appearance.
UReal looks to deliver an Eorzea with greater visual fidelity and a natural colour
balance with an 𝗔𝗹𝘁 preset including a colder atmosphere for
preference.
UClear is meant as an “always on” preset that doesn’t detract from the vanilla experience while adding Depth &
Clarity.
With multiple performance options you can choose between
Gameplay/Clear: An enhanced colour palette with minimal performance cost
improves upon the vanilla experience. (1-7 fps)
Lite: A medium between Gameplay and Full. Includes greater shadows and sharpness
with a moderate performance hit. (10-20 fps)
Full: Complete preset carefully adjusted for greater
colour accuracy, shadows and depth.
Large performance hit. (30-40 fps)
Cinematic: Similar to the equivalent Full preset with
added bloom and cinematic depth.
Intended for high quality screenshots on the go with a similar performance hit to Full.
(The above was tested on a GTX1060 GPU, additional testing on an RTX 3060Ti resulted in neglibible performance loss on Full presets)
When using the Cinematic presets be sure to switch between the DOF techniques (cinematicDOF and ADoF) depending on your needs.
I created this preset since I struggled to find one that fit my needs, a preset that both enhances the vanilla experience while also having the
option to capture memories through a vibrant and realistic lens.
Installation:
1. Download Reshade
2. Unzip UFantasy.zip and place the UFantasy folder into the ReShade or Gshade-presets folder.
(FINAL FANTASY XIV Online > Game > reshade-presets/gshade-presets)
3. Enjoy!
