Mounted VFX alignment fixes
Minor fixes to VFX alignment to be correct while mounted.
Swaps a few of the teleport, return, and stealth VFX to bind point 31 instead of 29 to prevent them from being spawned above your head when mounted. Also includes a few camera height variants while flying on Cruise Chaser to prevent the VFX from overtaking your screen.
Installation:
Provided File is a Penumbra Modpack, please use penumbra.
