Miqo’te like Face Paint
Started off as a copy and paste job to get Miqo’te tattoos on other races. The quality was bad so I ended up drawing new ones myself.
So this here is hand drawn by me.

Import Mod Pack with TexTools
Replacing another Face Decal
Open TexTools

Top right click Texture Map
Find the one you wish to replace
Click on the […] next to import and click my .dds in the .rar
