Port of the – Circles – Tattoo mod to the Empyrean Necklace. Any midlander, miqo’te, elezen, or au ra wearing this necklace will be shown to have the tattoo. Includes options to keep or remove the tattoos on either arm and either pec.

Note that due to the texture changes this mod also overwrites the 3D models of other races/genders (it doesn’t give them the tattoo, just readjusts the UVW), so if you have another mod there it will be overwritten by this.
