Ports the Hannya Back & Sleeve Tattoo from SB! to Gen3.
I used the smooth Gen3 compatibility textures from Bibo+ as base.
Bibo+ Smooth version as added bonus.
In case you want it on a different base or for a different race, I added an overlay for Gen3.
Bibo+ overlay available from the modpage of the original mod.
